Thrive is the Seacoast’s integrative med spa. The day spa covers massage, customized facials, HydraFacial, lash and brow treatments, non-toxic nails and waxing. Our medical team, led by Medical Director Dr. Nicole Schertell, ND, CCT, works in the same office at 501 Islington St, Suite 2B, so a facial, an infrared sauna session and an IV drip can share one visit. Spa Memberships in Portsmouth
We offer three membership tiers: Thrive Tribe at $110/month, Wellevate at $130/month and the Platinum Self-care Pass at $150/month. Each month you choose one complimentary service, such as a customized facial, a signature or pregnancy massage, or a mani/pedi, and every tier includes free 30-minute infrared sauna sessions. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cherry financing is also available.

Our Day Spa
What is the difference between your day spa and your med spa?
The day spa covers relaxation and beauty services such as massage, facials, HydraFacial, lashes and brows, nails and waxing, performed by licensed estheticians and massage therapists. The med spa covers medical treatments such as injectables, CoolSculpting Elite, lasers and IV therapy, overseen by our medical team. Both are in the same office, so you can combine them in one visit.
Are your nail services non-toxic?
Yes. Our manicures and pedicures use Dazzle Dry, a non-toxic nail system, in an ultra-sterile setting.
Do you offer pregnancy massage?
Yes. Pregnancy massage is on our massage menu and is one of the monthly benefits you can choose with a membership.
Can I book a facial and a massage in the same visit?
Yes. Choose both services when you book online, or ask our front desk to schedule them back to back.
Is gratuity included in membership services?
No. Gratuity is not included in membership plans.
