Terms for All Membership Plans
Andropause treatment helps men manage hormonal changes associated with aging, restoring vitality, strength, and overall well-being. This therapy combats fatigue, weight gain, and mood shifts.
- Month-to-month billing. No long-term contract.
- 30-day cancellation notice required in writing (1 billing cycle).
- Unredeemed benefits expire after 90 days.
- Slim Shot and NAD+ packages – as prescribed by licensed medical doctors on staff.
- Packages must be used within 90 days or any remaining injections will expire.
- Benefits may be shared with 1 designated person per contract terms.
- Medical treatments included in membership plans require complementary medical clearance for approval prior to use.
- Membership discounts may not be combined with other offers and are not applicable towards discounted packages or gift card purchases.
- Benefits do not carry any cash value.
- Use of benefits subject to provider availability and schedule.
- Active membership is required for earning and redeeming loyalty rewards.
