Dr. Biography

Caroline has always had a strong passion for medical aesthetics and the connection between inner and outer health. She received her certification in dermal fillers and neurotoxins in Boston, MA before moving to New Hampshire. She has trained extensively with owner, Dr. Schertell, and is thrilled to be a part of the Thrive Medspa team. She is very passionate about helping clients age gracefully and creating an individualized treatment plan.

Caroline graduated with her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Keene State College in 2018. She began her career in Cardiology, before becoming a Travel Nurse where she practiced as a medical-surgical nurse in California. She most recently worked on the Organ Transplant unit at Massachusetts General Hospital where she stayed for 3 years.

In her free time, Caroline loves spending time with family/friends, running and traveling!

Dr. Lauren Moore is a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor in Portsmouth, NH. She has a special interest in the intersection between hormones, gut health, and skin issues, as she understands the unique interconnected relationship these systems play within our bodies to assist patients suffering from chronic conditions such as rosacea, acne, eczema, psoriasis, aging, and other dermatologic concerns. Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Moore worked as a dermatology medical assistant at a practice in San Francisco, CA where she developed a love for skin-related concerns and aesthetic procedures.

Dr. Nicole Schertell is a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor with over 15 years of experience dedicated to transformative health and beauty. With a mission to empower patients through natural, lasting results, she integrates advanced aesthetic techniques with a holistic approach. Committed to enhancing wellness and confidence, Dr. Schertell leads with innovation in functional and regenerative medicine, setting new standards in patient care and medical aesthetics.
